Shipping


We aim to provide you with not only a fine piece of living art but also a pleasant shopping experience. Shipping is usually completed within 15 business days. Our sales team will keep you updated on the progress off your order and are able to provide exact shipping dates. We provide free delivery and installation on all our products throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Out of town orders are shipped in a custom high quality packaging to ensure your product gets to you on time and without any damage. Our custom made crates are not only safe and cost effective, but they're also recyclable. If you reside outside the GTA please contact us prior to placing your order for more details.
 
Cancellations


Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after the order has been received in our system. Cancelled orders are subject to a $50 administration fee. Please contact us immediately at info@everlyfe.ca and we will process the request.
 
Returns Policy


For items delivered via full service shipping:


Although the damage claims from our customers are extremely rare, it is imperative that customers follow these steps:


•  DO NOT sign the delivery acceptance form until you (or your agent) have inspected the merchandise for damage during shipping.
•  In the event your merchandise has been damaged during shipping notify us immediately.

•  Record the damage on the Delivery Receipt (there will be a special section on the form for you to describe the damage), which will be provided to    you by our courier service and have the delivery team bring the damage merchandise back to the warehouse for exchange - Do NOT keep the affected part/product, have the delivery team bring it back to our warehouse for replacement. If you do decide to keep the affected part/product - the sale will become FINAL and no damage claims will be accepted for replacement after the delivery team leaves.

  No Damage Claims will be allowed if the merchandise has been signed for clear at the time of delivery. The reason we provide complimentary white glove delivery service is to make sure that the product is received and accepted by the customer in good condition so that all the parties are satisfied and protected and to eliminate the possibility of Damage Claims after the merchandise has been signed for clear.
 
For items delivered via standard shipping:
 
In the event that your item arrives with any sort of damage or defect, we ask that you fully inspect your furniture at the time of delivery and note any imperfections at that time of receipt. We recommend:


•  Inspect item upon delivery
•  If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign off with the carrier "damaged upon arrival" (if applicable)
•  Photograph the item and packaging
•  Do not refuse damaged items as you will need prior written authorization, and you would be responsible for all return delivery costs, including but not limited to storage fees
•  Claims received in excess of (2) calendar days beyond the delivery date may not be accepted
  Photographs must be clear and attached to your claim within (2) calendar days
  Contact info@everlyfe.ca immediately with your claim and supporting photographic evidence. We will process your claim and guide you through the process.
 
Refunds


Refunds can only be issued via the method of the original purchase. If original method of payment is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of the refund. It may take up to 5 business days for credit to appear. EverLyfe cannot be held responsible for third party costs. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom and special orders.
 
Warranty


Finished products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Warranty does not cover any item that has been abused, neglected, or misused. Nor does it cover any item repaired by anyone other than EverLyfe..
